We set about introducing hot tubs to the market that could meet our stringent cost objectives without skimping on quality. There were cheap deals to be had in China and the Middle East, past engineering experience and testing told us that this would be a false economy in the long run as quality in these tubs from these regions is particularly poor and some do not meet safety regulations (something extremely important when mixing water and electricity!)

The hot tubs that we now distribute meet the extremely stringent safety regulations put in place by both the US Government as well and the UK standards. The quality of these tubs is second to none. Orchard Spas is a family run business based between Rutland in the East Midlands of England and our London office in Greenwich. We deliver to the UK, Ireland and the rest of Europe.
